Section 77-G:9 - ExceptionsI. A receiving nonpublic school or home education program that accepts students benefiting from scholarships, grants, or tax credits shall not be considered an agent of the state or federal government as a result of participating in the program established in this chapter.II. Except as provided in this chapter, or otherwise provided in law, no state department, agency, or board shall regulate the educational program of a receiving nonpublic school or home education program that accepts students pursuant to this chapter. III.
