Section 436:62 - Quarantine

Under rules adopted by the commissioner and approved by the department of health and human services, registered purebred bovines which have responded to the tuberculin or other approved test, but which show no marked indications of tuberculosis, may be retained by the owner in quarantine and be used for breeding purposes.
