N.H. Rev. Stat. § 430:17
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The fiscal year of each mosquito control district shall be concurrent with the fiscal year of the local governing body of that district; further, the mosquito abatement season shall be that season when the mosquito can be best contained on a temporary or permanent control basis.
