N.H. Rev. Stat. § 430:15
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
At the first meeting of the district board or committee, and annually thereafter, the board or committee shall elect from its membership a chairman. Each voting member shall take and subscribe to any oath that may be required by law or the local governing board.
