N.H. Rev. Stat. § 427:32-c
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The department and any person who contracts with the department who is in compliance with this subdivision, shall be held harmless from either civil or criminal liability for any decisions made in connection with this subdivision, unless found guilty of gross negligence.
