N.H. Rev. Stat. § 415:12
Current through Chapter 94 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If such alteration shall be made by any officer of the insurer, or by any employee of the insurer with the insurer's knowledge or consent, such act shall be deemed to have been performed by the insurer thereafter issuing the policy upon such altered application.
