N.H. Rev. Stat. § 411:6
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
As soon as practicable after the filing of said annual statement the commissioner shall determine the reserves for all policies of each such company in force on December 31 immediately preceding, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 410.
