Section 402-N:5 - Complaints Relative to Pharmacy Benefit ManagersI. Consumers may file a complaint related to a registered pharmacy benefit manager pursuant to RSA 400-A:15-e.II. The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, to implement paragraph I.
