N.H. Rev. Stat. § 378:22
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
No public utility shall demand or receive less compensation for any service rendered, or to be rendered, by such public utility in consideration of the furnishing of any part of the facilities incident thereto.
