N.H. Rev. Stat. § 365:35
Current through Chapter 377 of the 2024 Legislative Session
In any action brought to recover costs, fees or reparation ordered the plaintiff shall be entitled to tax as costs all of his necessary expenses in the action, including reasonable attorney's fees.
