N.H. Rev. Stat. § 363:7
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The governor and council may at any time remove any commissioner for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office; but no commissioner shall be removed without a hearing after notice in writing of the charges against him.
