N.H. Rev. Stat. § 363:5
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
No person who owns stock in, or is employed by or otherwise pecuniarily interested in any public utility in this state, or any affiliate thereof, shall be appointed upon said commission.
