N.H. Rev. Stat. § 363:10
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
If any commissioner shall violate any provision of RSA 363:8 or 363:9, he may be removed by the governor and council.
