N.H. Rev. Stat. § 330-A:25
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Any person injured by the actions of a person engaged in the practice of unlicensed therapy in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may bring a civil action to recover damages suffered by reason of the violations.
