Section 329-B:30 - Sexual Misconduct Subject to Disciplinary Action

Sexual relations with a client or patient or a former client or patient shall be considered sexual misconduct and shall be subject to disciplinary action under RSA 329-B:21 and the duty to inform established in RSA 329-B:31.
