N.H. Rev. Stat. § 327-A:16
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Any person injured by the actions of a person engaged in the dispensing of ophthalmic devices or contact lenses in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may bring a civil action to recover damages suffered by reason of the violation.
