N.H. Rev. Stat. § 325-A:5
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire 5 years after the date of issuance. Licenses shall be issued only for the crematory authority named in the application and shall not be transferable or assignable.
