N.H. Rev. Stat. § 316-A:7
Current through the 2024 Legislative
The board shall elect a chairperson. The board shall meet quarterly and at such other times as the business of the board shall require. A quorum shall consist of a majority of the members of the board who have been approved by the governor and council.
