Section 316-A:11 - Fees; QualificationsI. Each applicant shall pay to the office of professional licensure and certification a fee, established by the office, for which the applicant shall be entitled to an examination and to a reexamination, if necessary, within one year.II. The applicant shall: (a) Have graduated from a degree granting chiropractic college which is accredited by an established chiropractic accrediting body, approved by the United States Department of Education; or(b) Have completed a chiropractic program at a chiropractic institution accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the United States Department of Education.Amended by 2024, 327:37, eff. 7/1/2024.1988, 87:2. 1995, 132:3, eff.
