Section 316-A:11 - Fees; QualificationsI.Each applicant shall pay to the secretary-treasurer a fee, established by the board, for which the applicant shall be entitled to an examination and to a reexamination, if necessary, within one year.II.The applicant shall:(a) Have graduated from a degree granting chiropractic college which is accredited by an established chiropractic accrediting body, approved by the United States Department of Education; or(b) Have completed a chiropractic program at a chiropractic institution accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the United States Department of Education. 1988, 87:2. 1995, 132:3, eff.
