Section 310-A:121 - Rulemaking; FeesI. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: (b) The qualifications of applicants in accordance with applicable statutes, and the ethical standards required for licensure;(c) The examination criteria in accordance with applicable statutes;(d) License renewal, including requirements for continuing education;(e) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;(f) [Repealed by 2023 amendment.](g) The design of an official seal;(h) What constitutes geology experience for the purposes of RSA 310-A:125; and(i) Requirements for a waiver of the fundamentals of geology examination under RSA 310-A:129.
