Section 310-A:6 - Rulemaking AuthorityI. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: (b) The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character;(c) How an applicant shall be examined;(d) The requirements for renewal of a license, including the requirements for continuing education;(f) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;(g) Matters related to the proper administration of this subdivision;(h) [Repealed by 2023 amendment.](i) The design of an official seal;(l) What constitutes engineering experience for the purposes of RSA 310-A:12;(m) Procedures for a waiver of the fundamentals of engineering examination under RSA 310-A:12, II;(n) The circumstances under which an applicant may be required to take an examination under RSA 310-A:12, IV;(o) [Repealed by 2024 amendment.](p) [Repealed by 2024 amendment.](q) [Repealed by 2024 amendment.](r) The requirements for retired status.III.
