N.H. Rev. Stat. § 306:7
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
No conveyance of the lands of a church shall be effectual to pass the same without the consent of the church, or a committee of the church appointed for that purpose.
