N.H. Rev. Stat. § 306:1
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
No person shall be liable as a member of an incorporated religious society without his or her express consent first having been obtained; and any person may separate from any such society.
