Section 304-C:34 - Amendments to Certificates of FormationI. A certificate of formation is amended by filing a certificate of amendment with the secretary of state. The certificate of amendment shall set forth: (a) The name of the limited liability company; and(b) The amendment to the certificate of formation.II.
