Section 304-C:185 - Appeals From RevocationsI. A foreign limited liability company may appeal the secretary of state's revocation of its registration to the superior court within 30 days after service of the notice of revocation is perfected.II. The foreign limited liability company appeals by petitioning the court to set aside the revocation and attaching to the petition copies of its registration and the secretary of state's certificate of revocation. Venue shall lie in the superior court for the county in which the foreign limited liability company has a place of business or, if none, in the superior court for Merrimack county.III. The court may summarily order the secretary of state to reinstate the certificate of authority or may take any other action the court considers appropriate, except that nothing in this section shall be construed to preclude a determination that a foreign limited liability company is carrying on business activity within this state within the meaning of RSA 77-A:1I, XI.IV.
