N.H. Rev. Stat. § 303:10
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If the assessment and all incidental charges shall not be paid at or before the time of sale the collector shall proceed to make sale at auction of so much of the delinquent's land or right as will pay the same and incidental charges.
