Section 277:38 - Enforcement of Laws, Orders, and Regulations

It shall be the duty of the commissioner to administer and enforce, so far as not otherwise provided for, all laws relating to factories, workshops, commercial and mercantile establishments, and all valid orders, rules or regulations.
