N.H. Rev. Stat. § 276-A:19
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply to labor performed entirely in the manufacture of munitions or supplies for the United States government, or for the government of the state, while the United States is at war with any other nation.
