N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275:29
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Whoever violates RSA 275:28 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
