N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:23
Current through Chapter 94 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The commissioner of transportation is hereby empowered to modify the vehicle weight limits hereinbefore provided insofar as may be necessary to insure that the state shall receive maximum federal highway aid.
