N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:15
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The commissioner of transportation is hereby empowered to modify the vehicle width limits hereinbefore provided insofar as may be necessary to insure that the state shall receive maximum highway aid.
