N.H. Rev. Stat. § 263:16
Current through Chapter 20 of the 2024 Legislative Session
No driver's license shall be issued to any person under 18 years of age and it shall be unlawful for any person under 18 years of age to drive a motor vehicle on the ways of this state, except as provided in RSA 263:19, 20, 21, 23 and 25.
