N.H. Rev. Stat. § 261:115
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The department may, if it is satisfied of the facts stated in the application for transporter registration, grant the same and issue to the applicant number plates and a certificate of registration containing such information as the director may require.
