Section 259:80 - Private Passenger Automobile "Private passenger automobile ," as used in RSA 264:16, shall mean:
I. A motor vehicle of the private passenger, station wagon, or motorcycle type that is not used as a public or livery conveyance for passengers and is not rented to others; orII. Any other 4-wheel motor vehicle with a gross weight not exceeding 9,000 pounds which is not principally used in the occupation, profession or business of the insured other than farming.Amended by 2016 , 112: 2, eff. 7/19/2016.RSA 268:15-b, I. 1971, 553:2; 577:1. 1981, 146:1, eff.
