N.H. Rev. Stat. § 259:67-a
Current through Chapter 380 of the 2024 Legislative Session
"Nonresident CDL" shall mean a document issued by the department which authorizes a driver to drive a class of motor vehicle. The certificate shall be issued in accordance with the standards contained in 49 CFR 383.
