N.H. Rev. Stat. § 259:52
Current through Chapter 380 of the 2024 Legislative Session
"Manufacturer ," as used in the provisions of RSA 261 relative to registration, shall mean every person engaged in the business of constructing or assembling vehicles of a type required to be registered hereunder at an established place of business in this state.
