Section 238:25 - Traffic and Directional Signs on Scenic and Cultural BywaysI. The commissioner of the department of transportation shall file with the planning board of a town a plan for any new traffic or directional sign to be placed on a scenic or cultural byway within such town with no additional cost to the department.II.
