N.H. Rev. Stat. § 231:66
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The compensation of such agents shall be fixed by the town or selectmen, and they shall render to the selectmen weekly statements of their expenditures, and shall receive money from the treasurer only on the order of the selectmen.
