N.H. Rev. Stat. § 228:45
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Upon the application of any county, city, town, or unincorporated place, the commissioner may furnish to it, free of charge, the services of an engineer for the purpose of consultation and advice on matters pertaining to highways.
