Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Any action instituted by a buyer for failure of a manufacturer to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall allow for the recovery of court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
