Section 170-A:7 - [Deleted Effective on the date the commissioner of the department of health and human services certifies to the director of the office of legislative services and the secretary of state that 35 compacting states, including New Hampshire, have enacted the 2009 edition of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children] Rulemaking

The compact administrator of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall adopt rules under Article VII of the compact in accordance with RSA 541-A.

Deleted by 2022 , 324: 2, eff. on the date the commissioner of the department of health and human services certifies to the director of the office of legislative services and the secretary of state that 35 compacting states, including New Hampshire, have enacted the 2009 edition of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children.
