Section 170-A:5 - [Deleted Effective on the date the commissioner of the department of health and human services certifies to the director of the office of legislative services and the secretary of state that 35 compacting states, including New Hampshire, have enacted the 2009 edition of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children] Placement by and Jurisdiction of Courts

Any court having jurisdiction to place delinquent children may place such a child in an institution of or in another state pursuant to Article VI of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof.

Deleted by 2022 , 324: 2, eff. on the date the commissioner of the department of health and human services certifies to the director of the office of legislative services and the secretary of state that 35 compacting states, including New Hampshire, have enacted the 2009 edition of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children.
