Section 170-A:1-a - [Repealed Effective on the date the commissioner of the department of health and human services certifies to the director of the office of legislative services and the secretary of state that 35 compacting states, including New Hampshire, have enacted the 2009 edition of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children] Placement Of A Child With A Parent

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the placement of a child with a parent, provided that:

I. The parent proves, to the satisfaction of a court, a substantial relationship with the child; and

II. The court makes a written finding that placement with the parent is in the best interests of the child.
