N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-G:5
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The secretary-clerk shall attend all sittings of the review panel; shall record all appointments to the panel, notifying the clerks of the district courts or judicial branch family division courts of such appointments; and shall record the proceedings of the panel.
