N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-E:1
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
For the purposes of this chapter "missing child" means any person under the age of 18 years missing from his or her normal and ordinary place of residence and whose whereabouts cannot be determined by a person responsible for the child's care.
