N.H. Rev. Stat. § 166:22
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Such lien shall be subordinate to mortgage and other valid liens, recorded with the register of deeds prior to the recording of the notice of lien referred to in RSA 166:20.
