Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The financial and administrative operations of the authority shall be exempt from the rules of any department, commission, board, bureau, or agency of the state except to the extent and in the manner provided in this chapter.
