Section 161-K:6 - Rulemaking

The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

I. The application process.

II. The procedure for entering into contracts for the administration of the program.

III. Enrollment procedures.

IV. Forms and content of forms required by this chapter.
