Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The commissioner shall adopt such rules under RSA 541-A as are necessary to carry out the purpose of this subdivision, including, but not limited to, rules relative to access to records under RSA 161-F:49.
