N.H. Rev. Stat. § 161-F:32
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
If companion animals are permitted, tenants desiring to have them as pets shall post, with the management of the building, a damage deposit which shall be a sum of money not to exceed 1 1/2 times the amount of a month's rent paid by the tenant.
